<The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to>
The role reports to PR & Marketing Director (located in Shanghai)
? Provide effective communication skills to strengthen brand message to media, client & grand public;
? Excellent learning skills to enhance marketing output;
? Provide administration & coordination support to PR & Marketing Director;
? Drive regional marketing internal event: Plan and coordinate events, schedule, key milestones, coordination with key stakeholders, develop materials, organize accommodation, quotation…
? Keep good liaison and communication with global multiple media platform and regional cluster heads, internal departments and external customers;
? Prepare presentation materials, and manage the documentations and archives for PR & Marketing Director;
? Support SW marketing team with administration task when needed;
? Centralize key issues/needs from the team when Marketing director out of the office to escalade and resolve issues as needed;
<Requirements>
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
? Strong desire to be part of a high-energy, growing and passionate marketing team;
? 2+ years prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Marketing coordinator in a fast-moving international company/department required;
? Highly organized, detail oriented and efficient;
? Experience with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs and MS Office; (Experience of using Photoshop-like graphic software will be a PLUS)
? Fluent and excellent verbal and written English communication skills, simplified Chinese is bonus;
? Great with people and strong teamwork skills;
? Experience working with confidential information;
? Proven track record of reliability and consistency of high performance.
