Job Title: HR Assistant (Intern)人力资源助理-实习生
Based at: Gaoming, Foshan
Purpose of Role: Support for HR issues and daily operations
Responsibilities
1. Assist to establish, maintain and manage employee files; 建立、维护和管理人事档案;
2. Assist with the recruitment processes in publishing recruiting information, candidates selection and interview arrangement; 协助招聘工作的相关安排,发布招聘信息、人员筛选及组织面试;
3. Handle staff induction, separation, positive, transfer, promotion and other procedures; 办理员工入职、离职、调动、晋升及转正等相关手续;
4. Assist to make the plan for company trainings and organize training and related survey; 协助培训计划的编制,组织和安排培训活动及相关需求调查;
5. Monitor the staffs attendance and responsible for the attendance record with Attendance Policy 监督员工考勤、审核和办理请休假手续;
6. Assist to organize HR activities and various staff activities (such as staffs meeting and team building etc.); 协助组织人事活动/员工活动;
7. Assist in providing effective and efficient HR support on the management of documents, profiles and HR equipment; 协助并支持开展人力资源工作,管理文件、档案和人力资源设备;
8. Working Visa application for colleagues 协助申请工作签证的相关事宜;
9. Collect HR expense data and assist in cost control; 人事费用的统计和控制;
10. Assist in filling, reporting, paperwork and other administration support; 协助填写相关表格和报告和其他行政事务;
11. Other tasks assigned by superiors. 上司交办的其他工作。
Competencies/Skills required
Must
1. Good communication skill and good team spirit
2. Pleasant, energetic, hardworking, attention to details and willing to learn
3. Be flexible and demonstrate a willingness to go beyond the call of duty to get the job done
4. Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
5. Good command of both spoken and written English, CET4
6. Able to work to tight deadlines, handle pressure and thrive on a multi-task environment
Prefer
1. CET6 or above.英语6级以上优先
Education/Experience
Must
1. Major in administrative management, trading, business English or other relevant disciplines
Prefer
1. Major close to International secretarial, hospitality is preferred
