Job Title: PD&PE Data Executive产品数据专员
Based at: Foshan Gaoming
Responsible to: Engineering Supervisor and PD Manager
Purpose of Role: Complete product data forms

Responsibilities
1. Update trackers for relevant parties, including product development tracker, ECRN tracker, etc., 更新工程部的工程更改要求和更改通知进度表；更新开发部的产品开发进度表等
2. Check product development standard documents including sample quantity and visible product data. Be sure all of documents are ready and accurate after development. 检查和校对产品开发的标准文件，包括样品数量和样品的详细资料，确保开发完成后所有相关产品文件的整齐完整和准确。
3. Prepare GPDB documents for IBS Team. 为公司的IBS系统准备并提供GPDB的产品信息
4. Maintain IBS product data 对IBS上产品数据的准确性做日常的维护
5. Work with Marketing closely to share/fill some product information.为公司市场部提供产品相关资料和信息
6. Manage Data team daily and be sure all of documents on time. 管理部门内数据团队的日常运作，确保所需开发部和工程部所需产品文件和资料能准时准确到位。
7. Manage/organize product specifications, including specs, AI , PI, relevant test reports 管理和整理产品资料，包括产品规格，安装说明书，包装资料及相关的测试报告
8. Prepare team reports according to requirement 按要求准备部门报告
9. Manage team schedule, keep team members to follow schedule, and update team schedule reports. 管理部门的数据进程，确保相关人员按进度及时更新资料和报告
10. Other tasks from team. 来自开发部和工程部的其他任务

5. Fluent written or oral English 书面和口头英语流利
6. Computer literate (all Microsoft Office products) 熟悉常用办公软件
Prefer
1. Know furnishing field well.

Education/Experience
Must
1. Colleague and above
2. More than 2 years’ working experience on relevant positions.
Prefer
1. CET-6 or relevant language capability
2. Working experience in US/European buying office.
3. Working experience in furniture industry
