Job Title: Construction Project Executive
Based at: Gaoming, Foshan
Responsible to: Construction Project Manager
Purpose of Role: Construction Interior drafting & Execution

Responsibilities
Primary
1. CAD Drafting (construction & Interior deco)
2. 3D Rendering (construction & Interior deco)
3. Site work follow up and Execution
主要职责
1. CAD绘图（建筑和室内设计方向）
2. 3D渲染（建筑和室内设计方向）
3. 施工现场视察与进度调控
Secondary
1. Project orders (material, furniture, COD) follow up
2. Purchasing
3. Communications between manufacturer and contractors
4. Others
次要职责
1. 跟进项目订单（原材料，家具等）
2. 购买项目相关材料
3. 与生产厂家和客户进行沟通
4. 其他职责

Competencies/Skills required
Must
1. Be able to interpret a wide range of design concepts
2. Be able to research materials and construction techniques
3. Be able to solve problems with an attention to detail
1. 理解不同的设计理念
2. 对材料和施工技能有一定的研究
3. 能从细节上解决问题
Prefer
1. Some experience of construction processes and techniques
具备一定的建筑知识经验和技能


Education/Experience
Must
1. Some English
2. 2 years CAD experience (interior direction)
3. 2 Years 3D rendering experience
1. 有一定的英语基础
2. 2年CAD绘图经验（室内设计方向）
3. 2年3D渲图经验
