Responsibilities - general
1. Send quotation to customer / 向客户报价
2. Response to customer on order/lead time/delivery inquiry or quality complaint / 对客户的订单/前导时间/交货询价或质量投诉作出回应
3. Receive and follow up order to be delivered to customers within target lead time / 接收订单以及跟进订单是否在目标期限内送达客户
4.Regularly communicate with customers about open order status, new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff / 经常与客户交流有关订单状态、新产品和服务机会,特别的发展,或通过公司合适的员工收集反馈
5. Manage suppliers to feedback delivery date timely and deliver shipment on time / 让供应商及时反馈交货日期及准时发货

Must
1. Good at reading, writing, speaking English / 良好的英语读写说能力
2. Ability to persuade and influence others / 能够说服和影响他人
3. Ability to develop and deliver good presentations / 能够开发和提供良好的展示
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills / 擅长人际交往
5. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public / 维持良好的职业形象和向公众场合展示一个积极向上的公司形象
6. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule / 愿意接受弹性的工作时间
Prefer
Able to read and speak third foreign language / 能够读懂和说第三外语语
Education/Experience
1. College or above 大专以上学历
2. Five years above of working experience 5年以上相关工作经验(能力不错者考虑职位Senior Order Management Executive)
