Required Formation:
基本要求
High school is needed. Technical school or college is desirable.
高中，技校以上学历

Required Experience:
工作经验
At least 3 years or above work experience in Veneer application area
-至少三年以上的贴面工作经验

Necessary Skills:
必要技能：
Good communication.
-擅长沟通
Problem resolution capacity.
-具有解决问题的能力
Knowledge on manufacturing concepts.
-具有生产制造理念
Capacity of allocating resources in an optimized way.
-具有资源优化的能力
Manage the time in order to accomplish the established goals.
-时间管控能力，完成既定的目标
Knowledge on Veneer applications
-了解所有关于贴面的相关工艺
Knowledge of Veneer quality control
-了解所有贴面相关的品质控制
Knowledge of Veneering process from sorting to hot/cold press
-了解贴面所需要的所有生产工艺，从选木皮开始到最后的冷/热压
Familiar with Veneering machines such as cutting, jointing, hot press, cold press…etc.
-熟悉贴面工艺所涉及的所有机器设备，横/纵切机，拼缝机。冷/热压机。。。
