Buyer Assistant reports to Senior Buyer
工作地点:东莞市高埗镇北王路冼沙工业区(离东城3公里)
In support to the Senior Buyer, assists purchasing with day to day operations
在高级采购主任的支持, 助攻日常运营采购
Responsible for placing purchase orders at pre-negotiated prices and Interacts with suppliers to maintain delivery schedules
负责将采购订单在预先商定的价格, 与供应商保持交货时间表工作
Interacts with internal personnel as a liaison between supply orders and customer orders
在供应商采购单及客户订单之间形成良好的沟通和互动
Key Accountabilities :
Place orders to selected suppliers and assist in the arrangement of service contracts
下订单到选定的供应商,协助服务合同的安排
Follow up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered timely
跟进订单,以确保材料运输准时和交货准时
Maintain records of purchases, shipments and related matters
维持采购,出货量及相关事宜的记录
To purchase components, materials and other items against requirements as defined by stock requirements profile, purchase request forms and authorised capital requisitions, etc.
要购买零部件,材料及其他物品根据库存资料,购买请求的形式和注册资本申请等定义
To confirm delivery, terms and any other special requirements with suppliers
跟供应商确认交货日期,条款和一切其他的特殊要求
To ensure satisfactory stock levels are maintained, scheduling and re-scheduling orders as necessary and to progress purchase orders to ensure parts are delivered on the acknowledged date.
确保安全库存量,按照计划和进度推动采购订单,确保各部件按时供应
To maintain the integrity of data on the computer based manufacturing system and to oversee the correct operation of this system and the adherence to proper period-end and back-up procedure
保持电脑数据的完整 并监督书记的准确性,按程序和公司要求运作和备份
In collaboration with the quality department, to ensure that correct specification parts of high quality and reliability are procured within acceptable timescales & that these parameters are regularly reviewed and amended as necessary.

To maintain confidentiality and professionalism in relationships with both other staff and suppliers at all times.

Critical Skills:
Experience in the furniture industry
Basic knowledge of supply chain organisation in a manufacturing environment
Extensive travel activity may be required
Good knowledge and understanding of international environment
Strong experience in negotiation
Team spirit
Good English Skills is a plus

Formal Education / Experience :
Education: University Degree. A Technical degree linked to furniture business is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years similar experience, ideally in the furniture industry
