Job Title: Product Development Supervisor - Upholstery
Based at: Gaoming office
Purpose of Role: Support upholstery team to achieve higher level

Responsibilities
Primary
1. Good communication skill, work with internal department to achieve certain operation efficiency.
2. Solid knowledge with upholstery products, rich experience with Leather, fabric, foam, wood, metal, hardware and various materials related to upholstery product, familiar with American and EU test standard.
3. Objective setting, support upholstery team achieve higher level.
4. Able to forecast potential issue, bring up corrective action plan to resolve issues before problem occurred.
Secondary
1. Fluent on both spoken and writing English.
2. Familiar at Excel and PPT software.
3. Team player.
4. Integrity.
5. Up to 30% of working time will be travel domestically.

Competencies/Skills required
Must
1. 10 year or above furniture background, especially upholstery industry.
2. Able to read CAD.
Prefer
1. France language is preferred.

Education/Experience
Must
1. College or above
Prefer
1. Bachelor degree or above is preferred.
