Job Title: Product Engineering supervisor
Based at: Foshan Gaoming
Responsible to: PD Manager

Responsibilities
1. Lead team to support product development, and solve technical/structure issues.
2. Develop technical instructions
3. Work with team to improve skills and competencies to meet company requirement.
4. Ensure all new developed products meet standard and compliance requirement.
5. Supervise team’s working on track, respond all requirements promptly

3. Pay attention on details.
4. Good communication skill.
5. Can work under pressure
6. Good at teamwork
7. Fluent written or oral English
8. Computer literate (all Microsoft Office products)
Prefer
1. Know furnishing field well.

Education/Experience
Must
1. Colleague and above
2. More than 8 years’ working experience on relevant positions.
Prefer
1. CET-6 or relevant language capability
2. Working experience in US/European buying office.
3. Working experience in furniture industry
