Age required: 35 to 45 years old 年龄要求：35-45之间
Minimum Work Experiences: 工作经历
1) Minimum 10 years experience in panel furniture products MDF-PB-PW ( Living, rooms – Dining - Bedrooms ) of at least 100 workers
有10年以上、公司规模在100人以上的板式家具厂工作的经验，主材料为：中纤板、刨花板、多层板，产品以卧室、餐厅、客厅为主。
2) Hands on experiences with all panels wood working machinery
熟悉板式家具产品所有的机械操作
3) Able to ensure maintenance programs and records of machinery
对机器保养有基本的知识
4) Familiar with PU painting process for veneer and high gloss furniture
熟悉木皮及高亮光的PU油漆的加工流程
5) Familiar both with KD and assembled furniture quality and MOP packing requirement
熟悉拆装产品的成品质量要求及邮购包装要求
6) Able to read productions AUTOCAD drawings
能看懂AUTOCAD图纸
7) Able to demonstrate strong managerial skill to lead the production team leaders
有现代企业管理的思维，有较强的领导能力，带领各生产部门的主管并指导工作
8) Able to set daily production targets and apply them
能够设定及按时的完成每日的生产指标
9) Sensitive to the production processes and able to ensure proper training of workers to improve the required skills
熟悉各个生产工艺流程，有培训员工、提升员工的操作能力的经验
10) Sensitive to reject rates and labor cost concern
能有效的使用管理手段对用工成本及不良品的控制
11) Able to ensure physical presence in the workshop to follow-up all production issues at all time
基本工作时间与产线同步，及时处理生产中遇到的各个问题
12) Able to work as team with PMC and Quality Manager
能有效的与物控、品质经理共同工作
Minimum Qualification:岗位要求
1) At least 3 years experience in the similar capacity with foreign owned furniture factory
有3年外企家具行业工厂全盘或部门管理的经验
2) Familiar with piece rated work environment
熟悉管理员工的计件工作模式
3) Good eyesight that able to distinguish color differences
视力正常能明确的分辨颜色
4) Understand English will be a plus
略懂英文更佳
5) No computer knowledge required
无需电脑作业要求，主要在生产线作业
