Job Description
？Provide effective supervision on daily operation of product development team.
？Set goals and organize subordinates to accomplish on time.
？Identify current problems, foresee pitfalls and advise resolution to subordinates to maintain smooth workflow.
？Work closely with other departments such as Project, Production and Quality to ensure smooth workflow.
？Develop /evaluate and improve manufacturing process driving on quality,cost,delivery and yield improvement
？Manage team assignments and ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
？Provide advice, consultation, and training to the team members based on industry best practices to advance in their job levels towards expertise

Qualified Candidate Description
？At least 10 years’ related working experience in mechanical manufacturing industry with recent 3 years’ experience in a managerial position in charge of engineering or product design.
？Familiar with related manufacturing processes such asmolding,diecasting,investment casting ,cold extrusion, vacummform,machining , etc.
？Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
？Excellent written and verbal communication skills
？Excellent teamwork skills
？Strong sense of responsibility dealing with related process issues with related teams
？Proficient in 2D and 3D software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, 3Dmax ,etc
？Experience with drafting team management
？Experience withBOM creation and Packaging design
？Ability to work independently
？Experience with on-site & fitting out work & luxury retail shop is highly desirable
？Experience with high-end custom metal furniture industry is highly desirable
