职位描述

Age required: 25 to 40 years old年龄要求：25-40岁
Minimum Work Experiences:工作经历
1) Minimum 5 years experience in panel production factory of Living rooms, Dining & Bedroom furniture
至少有5年以上在板式家具工厂绘图的工作经历（客厅、餐厅、卧房）
2) Hands on experiences with all necessary computer software and tools for furniture drawings, production drawings, Assembling drawings, Packing drawings, Bill of Material, Costing
熟悉用绘图软件制作生产工艺图，熟悉产品安装说明书、包装工艺要求、物料表及计算物料成本
3) Familiar with wood working and painting process and able to propose the construction and structure of all new furniture
熟悉木工、油漆的生产流程，熟悉制定家具产品结构图
4) Familiar with export packing requirements and able to decide the design on packing requirement of MOP furniture
熟悉出口包装要求（邮购），并能制定相应的标准
5) Familiar with common furniture materials ( MDF, Veneer, Edge banding, Melamine paper ) and furniture hardware ( Hinges, Sliders, Connectors, Screws )
熟悉家具制造所需的材料（中纤板、木皮、封边材料、三氨纸）及五金（门铰、路轨、三合一链接件及各类螺丝）
6) Familiar with common furniture accessories (Glass, Metal components, specific handles etc… )
熟悉家具的各式配件（玻璃、定制铁管、五金、各类门把手等）
7) Able to demonstrate strong managerial skill to lead the small team of industrial draftmen and able to train them
有领导组织能力，能带领整个设计团队及指导新绘图员工作
8) Able to set schedule targets and apply them
有强烈的责任感，设定目标并能按时完成
9) Sensitive to the product overall cost and able to propose the right materials for new products
对新产品的总价有一定的敏感度，若产品材料偏高，应及时采购提出建议，达到合理的制造成本
10) Able to work as team with PMC and Production Manager, ensure all production drawings were checked and approved.
有团队精神，与PMC及生产经理共同工作,确保所有生产图纸经过审核及批准。
Minimum Qualification:岗位要求
1) At least 3 years experience in the similar capacity
3年以上设计部管理的经验
2) Agree to work long hours during the rush periods of new items development stages
在开发阶段，愿意配合公司加班完成任务
3) Familiar with all furniture drawings software
熟悉与家具相关的绘图软件
4) Understand English will be a plus
略懂英文者更佳
5) No traveling needed
