CAD Leader

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Manage the CAD team; control all brands working time and schedules.
2. new production development job, focus in design, BOM
3. Work with cost down request, modify design according to cost control
4. Complete the other temporary work what assigned by the production manager
5. Support daily factory production technology issues
主要岗位职责：
1. 管理CAD团队， 控制各个品牌的工作时间及计划。
2. 新产品开发工作，专注于设计，物料清单
3. 基于低成本要求进行工作，根据成本控制修改设计。
4. 完成生产经理安排的其他工作
5. 解决生产车间的日常问题



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Senior degree, preferably in mechanical design
2. Good management skills and leadership
3. Good communication skills and team work
4. 5 years and above experience in related fields.
5. Furniture industry background.
6. Skilled in use of AutoCAD, Solidworks, Revit softeware
7. Fluent English is a plus

4. 相关领域五年以上工作经验
5. 家具行业背景
6. 熟练使用AutoCAD，solidworks, Revit 软件
