Responsibilities
Primary
1. Take lead to manage factory KPI e.g: product L/T, OTD, service, flexibility performance management
管理工厂改善关键业绩指标,如:产品交货周期,准交率,服务,灵活度等等
2. Accurate and timely to report important reports to management team(shipment, order intake…etc)
准时准确提供重要报告给管理团队(出货,收单..等)
3. Take lead to work with related action owners to take recovery/preventive actions and solve existing delivery issues.
带领相关负责人解决出货问题并提供预防措施
4. Supply chain process improvement between company and supplier.
公司与供应商的供应链流程改善
Secondary
1. Cross supplier’s relationship/process improvement 跨供应商的关系维护及流程改善
2. Other assignment from dept. manager.部门经理分配的其他工作
Competencies/Skills required
Must
1. Good ownership, careful, patient, sensitive to data
2. Good at reading, writing, speaking English.
3. Excellent at Microsoft tools especially on excel. PPT.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Good at organizing and planning skill
6. Ability to improve process
7. Great coordinate ability.
8. Good ability at issue analysis and familiar with PCDA or 5why etc analysis method.
Prefer
1. Good at time management
2. With continued improvement sense
3. Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
4. Rich experience on supply chain management.
Education/Experience
Must
1. College or above
2. 5 years of working experience on planning or purchasing.
Prefer
1. PMC or project experience in furniture company
