- Process sales orders in SAP system.
在SAP系统内进行客户订单处理。
- Provide product information and answer customers' question on phone.
为客户提供产品信息,并对客户的疑问提供电话解答服务。
- Complaint handling.
投诉处理。
- Maintain customers' information in the system.
客户信息在系统里的维护更新。
- Coordinate the goods delivery.
发货协调。
- Coordinate with company sales representatives.
与公司销售人员的沟通。
- Receive customer visiting in Blum showroom.
接待客户到百隆展厅参观。
Requirement:
要求:
- Bachelor degree.
本科学历。
- At least 3 years related working experience in customer service.
至少三年以上客服工作经验。
- Fluently speak English.
英语读写流利。
- Excellent communication skills and a good team player, working hard, patient and flexible.
良好的沟通能力,团队合作意识强,工作勤奋努力,耐心灵活。
- SAP experience is preferred.
具有SAP系统操作经验者优先考虑。
