软装设计总监/Soft Decoration Design Director

职位描述

岗位职责：
1. 熟悉酒店等大型空间设计实施软装设计，能提供完整的家居整体搭配方案；
2. 负责与客户进行谈判，精准地向客户阐述出设计理念，并让客户信服；根据客户需求，合理分配工作任务并与客户沟通工作进程，在双方确认的时间段内进行创意设计稿的提供；
3. 带领设计团队完成软装配饰设计工作，并给予指导意见；提供专家级的设计咨询；
4. 整体把控设计方案的主题、风格、色彩、产品选择及细节尺寸面料等选择，能够将方案与室内空间做精准的结合；
5. 对各项软装产品（家具，灯具，地毯，窗帘，饰品，挂画，雕塑等）有深入的了解，能够精准的提出预算；
6. 关注、分析外部竞争市场发展趋势及行业动态，结合客户的各类状况，参与制定相关的应对策略与措施，并有效执行，建立、健全设计部标准作业流程及规范。

任职资格：
1. 有7到8年以上酒店等大型空间设计经验，五年以上软装实际工作经验，具有酒店、大型商业空间设计经验优先；
2. 室内设计、装饰、环艺、或相关专业毕业，有一定客户资源；
3. 对装饰风格走向有一定洞察能力，熟悉掌握色彩搭配原理，能应用色彩学对空间进行分析、色彩调整，熟悉室内流行风格，熟悉各种配饰主要材料特征、使用范围，能合理设计空间配饰品；
4：熟悉设计配套专业基本知识，能够生动地表达设计理念，设计风格独特创新，能与客户进行良好的沟通；
5. 具有敏锐的市场嗅觉，具备客户分析和市场分析的能力；
6. 具有有良好的职业素质、一定的组织能力和团队合作精神，有解决现场问题的能力。
7. 具有较强的沟通协调能力，系统思维能力。

Soft Decoration Design Director
Job responsibilities:
1. Familiar with soft decoration design, can fulfill a complete home matching design.
2. Responsible for customer negotiation, can precisely present the design idea to the customer and convince client; allocate tasks according to the customer’s needs and provide creative design draft in both sides confirmed time
3. Lead the design team to fulfill the soft decoration accessory design, give guidance and provide professional design consultation
4. Control the overall theme, style, color, product selection, detail, size and fabric choice of the design, and can make the design perfectly match with the interior space
5. Have thorough understanding of various soft decoration products (such as furniture, lights, carpet, curtain, accessory, painting, sculpture etc.), can make precise budget
6. Concern and analyze external market trends and industry dynamics, can provide related strategy and measures combining customers’various situations and effectively implement, build and complete standard operating procedures and specifications for design department.
Job qualification:
1. 7-8 years’ designing experience, more than 5 years’ soft decoration working experience, people with villa, club, sales office and sample house design experience preferably
2. Interior design, decoration, environment and art and related major, with certain customer sources
3. Have certain insight of decoration style, familiar with color matching theory, can use color science to analyze space and color adjustment, familiar with interior trend, familiar with the main material characteristics and use range of variety accessories, can design space accessories.
4. Familiar with supporting professional basic knowledge of design, can vividly present design concepts, have unique and innovative design style, can have good communication with customers
5. Have sharp eyes in market, with customer analyze and market analyze ability
6. Have good work ethic, organizational skills and team spirit, ability to solve problems on site
7. With good communication skills, coordination skills and systematical thinking skills.
