Project Director

职位描述

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.maintain and manage project implementation plan .
2.Responsible for project planning, progress control .
3.Lead product transfer projects to achieve the quality, delivery and cost goals.
4.Work extensively with internal functions to ensure that customer expectations are meet.
5. Manage all the technical team; control all brands’ working time and schedules.
6. Work with the production team to coordinate the project tasks, ensure the project time line can be met.
7. Work with furniture and facade cost down request, modify design according to cost control.
8. Support daily factory production technology issues.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. minimum 15 years project & technical management experience, work experience in international company, and furniture conpany is preferred
2. Very strong management skill, have ability to leader one team with 15-20 PM & technical people both in Shanghai & Kunshan.
3. a bachelor’s degree is basal, preferably in English or Spanish
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Good English/Spanish communication skills (both verbal and written.)
6. Nationality is not limit.
