Job Title: Product Development Leader-Lighting 灯饰产品开发
Based at: Gaoming office
Responsible to: Product Development Manager
Purpose of Role: Leading lighting development

Responsibilities
Primary
1.Lead lighting new sample development: 主导灯饰新产品开发
a.Work with customer/design team closely to review design brief or blue print in details to check if any major information missing.详细检查客人或设计部门的灯饰新样品设计图纸，补齐所需的信息和资料。
b.Provide or review drawings with teammates and vendor to give structural suggestions. 与团队和供应商一起审核图纸，提出合理的产品结构建议
c.Follow up every sample development status and offer solution if needed; Check finished metal frame to see if there is any potential structural risk, and check first draft sample to estimate the electrical risk, and then provide suggestion. 跟进每个样品的开发进度, 检查五金架子以发现潜在的结构风险并改进。检查首样，评估电气布局，五金结构是否合理，如发现问题能提出解决方案。
d.Run sample reviewing meeting with other teams after sample completed before mass production 组织相关部门举行样品审核会议，确保样品开发完成后能顺利进行规模生产。

2.Vendor management: 供应商管理
Work with vendor closely, to manage sample development priority and capacity to ensure developing lead time meets requirement. 与供应商紧密合作，按公司要求合理安排样品的开发产能和优先次序。
3. Product specification management: 产品资料管理
a. record all customer approved drawing in separate file 保存所有客人批复的样品图纸
b. Review drawing from vendors, and keep drawings updated accordingly 审核供应商图纸，并随样品进度随时更新图纸。
c. Prepare, review and update sample specification 准备，审核和更新样品规格资料
Secondary
1.Check and prepare test samples needed 检查和准备测试样品
2.New products follow up to ensure all products meet requirements including structural improvements, appearance, lighting effect, etc. 跟进新产品开发，确保新产品在结构，外观，灯光效果方面符合要求
3.Support to other teams with products information, or technical suggestions. 为其他部门同事提供灯饰产品的信息和技术支持

Competencies/Skills required
1.CET4 or above, can communicate with foreign colleagues by English. 大学英语四级或以上，能用英文和外国同事交流
2.Good at CAD for lighting product 擅长灯饰产品的CAD绘图
3.Microsoft software operation 微软office相关软件的操作
Prefer
1.CET6 大学英语六级
2.3D software 3D绘图软件

Education/Experience
1.Minimum 5 years’ experience in lighting industry, at least 3 year in product development section. 5年以上灯饰行业的工作经验，至少3年是在灯饰开发方面
2.Associate degree or above 大专以上文凭
Prefer
1.Bachelor, major in engineering or electrical science. 学士文凭，理工科或电子电气工程专业尤佳。
