Requirement for Manager of Furniture Design Department 家具设计部经理要求
Good understanding and digestion of design brief and requirement from client, independent control scheme, let customer approval. 具有很好的理解能力，能准确把握客户设计需求和市场需求，能全程独立
把控方案，最终让客户认可。

Have a good knowledge of the artwork of upholstery furniture. Give technical guidance to clients. 熟悉软体家具的制作工艺和流程，能给予客户技术指导意见。

Software skills: CAD, 3D , etc. cultivate the ability of subordinate software熟练使用CAD， 3D等软件，能培养提升下属的软件能力

Aware of domestic and international market and know how to access and collect global market information. 了解国内外家具市场和趋势，并且有很好的资料收集渠道。

Master in global market furniture vocabulary, know all design styles and resign style, also can achieve commercial understanding. 精通家具行业的专业术语和国内外家居设计风格，并了解各种设计风格的商业价值。

Material experience is required. Knowing of all furniture (home furniture/office furniture/ intelligent furniture) materials, including materials like wood, fabric, leather, PVC, etc, and also has own way to find and learn new materials. 熟悉所有家具（民用家具/办公家具/智能家具）的各种材料，如：木头，布料，皮质，塑料等等，且有自己学习新材料的渠道。

General knowledge of mattress. 了解床垫的相关知识和工艺。

Great management & communication skills, can work effectively and efficiently. 具有很好的管理和沟通技巧，能够凝聚团队，工作效率高.

Accept business trip ( including travel overseas). 能适应长时间出差（包括国外出差）。

Lead the team to bring new business for the company to create economic benefits能够带领团队为公司带来新业务，创造经济效益。
