Location: Dongguan
Responsibility
1. To formulate sales management policies and guidelines;
2. To make the sales plan;
3. To define the sales model and commission paybale;
4. To develop channels, and manage contracts
5. To plan and modify sales incentive scheme;
6. To organize sales / channel campaign, activities, etc.;
7. To monitor the performance of each channel;
8. To generate sales report timely and give suggestions for improvement
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, with at least 3 years experiences in furniture sales
2. Proficient in monitoring sales incentives, setting of targets and campaigns.
3. Strong capability of problem solving skills, good at communication.
4. Takes initiatives with a “can do” attitude, willing to work under pressure.
5. Good English reading, writing and speaking capability.
6. Good computer skill, proficient in MS Office operation
