Sr. Quality Engineer

职位描述

1. Implement and maintain the quality system policies and procedures.
2. Assist in the development of control plans, inspection procedures, capability studies and sampling frequencies.
3. Implement quality initiatives to attain and maintain customer satisfaction and focus.
4. Identify and implement closed-loop corrective action.
5. Facilitate between suppliers and internal customers as appropriate to resolve specific quality issues.
6. Assist in conducting internal customer and supplier surveys to evaluate performance and determine conformance to established standards.
7. Provide technical assistance and training in quality techniques and services.
8. Assist in reviewing internal customer complaints to determine where emphasis should be placed to prevent recurrence.
9. Perform Potential Supplier Assessments.
10. Maintain required documentation and files.
11. Support the plans, material cost reduction goals and buyer business plans.
12. Ensure suppliers to comply with related regulations and make related inspection and test intime.
13. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Manager.
14. Comply with laws and regulations related ISO14001, save nature sources in the daily work, such as paper, water, electricity etc. Create low consume working environment.
