This position is responsible for all the supply chain process from receiving PO until shipment delivery and payment check.
Main responsibilities:
1. Place orders to the suppliers after received customer’s PO and follow-up orders with suppliers, customers and internal parties to ensure good quality, right packaging and on-time delivery. Prepare, submit and file all the necessary documents after shipment.
2.Work with the accounting team to double check all the amount of the goods payment to ensure all the amounts are correct.
3.Understand supplier’s capability in terms of price, quality, capacity and lead time and customer’s features and requirements. Maintain strong business relationships with both suppliers and customers.
4.Cooperate with the other teams to assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements.Follow up on all relevant samples and ensure that samples are ordered and ready on time
