岗位职责
1. 协助部门经理准备和参与公司国内外展会,拓展销售市场
2. 安排接待新老客户(老外)来访,维护好老客户并积极拓展新客户
3. 参与新产品的开发并制作对外报价单
4. 协助业务跟单/助理跟进订单进度,唛头安排,对异常问题及时解决或者汇报给业务经理,维护公司利益的基础上服务好客户
Responsibility (岗位职责)
1. Assist sales Manage prepare and attend exhibition/fairs both in home and overseas, expand sales market
2. Arrange and receive current and new clients (Foreigners) visiting, maintain old customer and develop new one.
3. Participate in development of new products, and create quotation sheet.
4. Give assistance to merchandiser or operation assistance to follow order progress, shipping mark arrangement. Solve trouble or report accident to sales manager. Have good service to customers based on protect our company.
任职要求
1. 乐于学习新鲜事物和面对新挑战,有良好的表达和沟通能力,有用并尊重团队精神。
2. 对设计有兴趣,热爱家居装饰行业;
3. 英语专业或者国际贸易专业,大学英语六级或者英语专业四级及以上,能用英语熟练与国外客户交流
4. 熟练掌握外贸基础知识和流程,特别是FOB出口操作;
5. 有一年以上整柜出货操作经验,有信用证操作经验者优先;有同行工作经验者优先考虑。
Requirements (任职要求)
1. Have strong interest in learning new things and willing to face challenge, good presentation and communication skills, have and respect team work sprit.
2. Have strong interest in designing, home decoration and furniture.
3. Major in English or International Trade, with CET-6/TEM-4 or above, fluency in English writing and speaking.
4. Good command of international trading knowledge and process, especially at FOB terms.
5. Have 1 year or above working experiences on FCL – FOB operation, L/C payment terms, or experience in similar industry will be priority.
