⊙Conduct car arrangements on a daily basis
⊙Provide itinerary information and arrangements including but not limited to air ticket and hotel booking
⊙Fullfill translation task
⊙Assist in customer reception in terms of coffee and meals
⊙Provide foreign affairs service including but not limited to Visa, passport or work permit
⊙Help in organizing employee activities
⊙Handle other administration tasks, such as canteen management, 5S in the office, Stationery management, uniform and PPE, etc.
⊙Renew all company certificates timely.
⊙Fulfill other assigned tasks by HR&Admin. Manager
Requirements:
⊙College degree or above, major in English, HR management or administration management is preferred
⊙2-year working experience related with administration or secretarial position. Excellent fresh graduate may be also considered.
⊙Good command of English in speaking, writing and reading
⊙Outgoing, good interpersonal skills, flexible, detailed, organized and eager to learn
