外贸主管order

职位描述

英语良好，从事外贸或外贸跟单工作三年以上。
Order handling
Job Objective：
Assist Order-handling Supervisor as line manager in the whole process of order-proceeding which includes:
-Factory based from time to time to be the ears and eyes of the company in the factory
-Follow up with the production schedules

-Liaison with customers for all information communicating

-Communicate with QCs for problems exposing and shoot the troubles together with factories, if necessary together with line manager
-Update line manager of factory status in making samples, preparing quotations, product readiness, booking containers, shipping documents handling and payments collection

-Ensure together with line manager timely shipment of the cargo with high quality as well as correct specs to achieve the ultimate goal i.e. customer satisfaction
-Fulfill other assigned tasks by line manager



Job Requirements：
-Associate degree or above, major in English, Business Administration or International Business preferred
-Proficient English both in speaking and writing is a must
-Strong in problem solving
-Experience of working in factories is a plus
-Open to communicate
-Aggressive and result-oriented
-Detailed and organized
