Project Manager Recruitment
The project manager we are looking for will work close with our account manager and front-line sourcing manager while making best efforts to fulfil our client’s need of all kinds.
He/she must make sure the project will successfully get completed at given time within expected budget.

Job Description
- Understand client’s requirement fully and prepare proposals
- Making detailed scoping and planning for projects
- Making quotation while maintaining regular communication with account manager
- Deliver quotation to client, answering all possible questions and revising the quotation if needed
- Tracking technical, progress, financial and quality status and communicate with the client’s project manager and internally with the account manager on daily bases.
- Maintaining all the project files and reports in an appropriate manner.

Knowledge & Experience Requirement
- Having Bachelor’s degree in project management or equivalent
- Having experience in the same field for at least 3~5 years
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English; additional Asian language is a plus

Skills Requirement
- Capable of managing team and making effective task assignment to staff members
- Quick learner about company specifics of our industry including materials, working processes, retail environments
- Capable of reaching given targets within given time.
- Decision making for most effective approach to each project
- High patience levels and professional customer service attitude
- Confident and highly profession
- Friendly nature, flexible, dedicated, loyal
- High working pressure resistance

Software Abilities Requirement
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; additional MS software ability is a plus
