广州尚多皮具有限公司成立于1999年， 位于中国最大的皮具生产基地—广州，是一家集设计、开发、生产和销售为一体的生产综合性企业。本厂专业生产加工真皮、PIPVC再生皮等中高档皮具产品，在业内享有很高的声誉。因业务扩大，目前需要招聘亚马逊专员，开发工程师、美工多名。我们会辅以系统的、专业的培训，以便新同事快速掌握知识和技巧。

职位1：亚马逊专员
工作职责：
1、 在亚马逊平台销售产品。
2、 在亚马逊平台找买家。
3、 回复亚马逊平台上各个买家的问题。
4、 跟进亚马逊订单，确保货物准时出货；
5、 安排品质检验，安排货物的运输。
6、 处理客户投诉
7、 完成上司安排的其他任务

要求：
1、 1年以上相关工作经验
2、 大专以上学历
3、 书面英语佳者优先
4、 有操作过亚马逊或者Eaby平台经验优先。
5、 具有基本出口和船务知识
6、 对订单管理和客户服务有兴趣
7、 具有良好的人际交往技巧
8、 擅长解决问题、任务操作、协调和时间管理
9、 细心、准确
10、 以客户为中心
11、 善于学习、渴望成功


Position Responsibilities:
◎ Launch new developments on Amzon on a daily basis
◎ Maintain posted products in terms of specs and presentation ongoing
◎ Process inquiries and be interactive with customers
◎ Follow up business opportunities with customers
◎ Make PIs and follow up payments
◎ Follow up orders on a regular basis
◎ Liaison customers in all stages and activities
◎ Handle reception of customer visit
◎ Fulfill other assigned tasks


Candidate Profile Requirements:
◎ Minimum 1-year working experience in position/equivalent position of international trade, shipping or clerical work
◎ College degree or above, major in English or related is a plus
◎ Proficient spoken and written English is a must
◎ Skilled in MS office software (Microsoft, Excel, Power point, Outlook, etc.)
◎ Good at trouble-shooting, multi-tasking, coordinating and time management
◎ Detailed and aggressive
◎ Customer-oriented
◎ Eager to learn and succeed
