车间经理（Floor Manager)

职位描述

Hiring Profiles / Responsibilities:

+ All worker and finishing matters in Finishing
+ Act as interpreter whenever necessary
+ Judge quality according to standard and allocate work
+ Ensures that Color and Quality finishing, follow standard ( MCC etc )
+ Implement the "no color panel - no production"
+ Conduct briefing with the Team Leaders, about the critical points of on the finish
+ Provide process steps of every major and standard finishing operations i.e., sanding, base coat, etc.
- Write and post work instructions in conspicuous places in Finishing
- Orient the workers of the particular area the work instruction is intended for
- Randomly check that the work instructions in every process is followed
- Ensures that every item in-progress are being processed according to the best method possible
- Coordinates with Planning ,QC and Whitewood on product construction issues and problems

Requirements:

+ 1-2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably gained in a global manufacture company
+ Sound analytical and problem solving skill
+ Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
+ Good computer skills in Microsoft office
+ Strong responsibility and good team member

+ Willing to work and live in Beijing (Shunyi District)
