职位描述

1. More than 8 years of Lean improvement experiences

2. Green/Black belt in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma certification;

3. Strong background in manufacturing process, continuous/Kaizen improvement (prefer someone has furniture manufacturing background but not a “MUST”) and Lean consultation (both in real practice and theory);

4. Strong background in continuous flow, “cell assembly”, 7 wastes reduction, 6S, standard works, quick change over time, defect reduction, cycle time & WIPs (work in progress) reduction concepts etc (all Lean concepts manufacturing);

5. Strong communication, change and project management skill sets;

6. Strong problems-solving skill sets;

7. Can do internal staffs’ Lean training;

8. Willing to travel between Shandong and Dongguan

9. Prefer someone who can speak, write and read in English language.
