Duties
SAP - Be involved in facets of the implementation of SAP into a client site; including system and SAP administration, database analysis, security administration, testing and documentation, from the development of the proposal to the final testing and delivery.
Manages and maintains network servers.
Support daily operation of LAN servers and clients.
Create and maintain the user accounts and assign security for new users.
Install Microsoft Mail and set up the local post office based on corporate standard.
Manage email accounts for LAN users and remote users.
Local server system and over all Email administrations tasks
Perform daily backup procedure to prevent accidental data loss or damage.
Install and maintain PC hardware and software.
Provide IT-related training to new and current employees
Manage a team of 3
Skills
CISCO and MCSE Microsoft Certified System Engineer
Working knowledge of Server, PC Hardware and Software requirements –
Microsoft Windows Based Server 2003 and Clients ( Windows XP - 2003)
Understanding of IT security
Ability to work process oriented
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
SAP R/3
BASIS
CTS
Testing and Project Methodologies
Personal Attributes
Dynamic; self starter with initiative (Ability to function with minimum direction)
Willing to learn new skills and able to explain to others
Professional Qualifications and Education
University degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure support
