Skill&requirement(技能/要求)：
1.familiar with MS office software.
熟练运用办公软件
2.can communicate with English
能够用英文交流
3.well organizing and can work under high pressure.
良好的组织能力，并能在高压下工作
4.have working experience in foreign company is a plus
有外企工作经验的有限考虑
5.know basic 5S, with Lean concept.
了解基本的5S和精益生产知识的优先考虑
6. 2~3 years working experience for shipping,warehousing and logistics(import&export)
两到三年在出货、成品仓库或物流部门工作的经验
7. familiar with customs and CIQ procedure for goods export.
了解报关、报检等进出口办理流程

Responsibility（职责范围）：
1. work as a leader for Packing and shipping area.
负责包装、出货部门的领导工作
2. coordinate between production and logistics
对接生产和进出口物流工作
3. develop forwarder and broker based on needs.
需要的时候开发新的货代或报关行
4. cost saving for logistics' part
物流相关的成本控制
5. make sure smooth loading process for containers based on delivery time
基于客户所需交货期的要求下，合理安排装箱装柜
6. make loadplan and book space.
制定装箱计划，协调安排订舱
7. other job related to shipping and logistics.
其他有关出货及物流事宜的办理
